I love developing usable and rich web applications using the latest techniques available.

Don’t click it

Don’t click it is a weird experiment on interface design. The whole interface is accessible without mouse clicks, you’ll be warned if you click.

I tested the interface for a while, but i don’t get used to it. In some cases it’s handy if you don’t need to click a link but most of the time i find it very irritating that a new page opens as soons as you hover the link. In my opinion it could work for me if the links had a delay (like 1 second) before an action is taken. But still i miss my left mousebutton when using it.

Unfortunately the page is down, anybody knows if there is a mirror?

Functional specifications

I wanted to learn a better way to make my functional design/specifications and in my search i found this wonderfull tutorial.

It covers really everyting you’ll need to know about making a good functional design.

Also Allen Smith made a nice list of handy resources about usability, interaction design etc.

IE 5+ for Linux

IEs for Linux is the solution for developers using Linux and allows them to test their websites in IE 5, 5.5 and 6.

IEs4Linux is the simpler way to have Microsoft Internet Explorer running on Linux (or any OS running Wine).

No clicks needed. No boring setup processes. No Wine complications. Just one easy script and you’ll get three IE versions to test your Sites. And it’s free and open source.
