Paper prototyping

Shawn Medero posted a really good article about paper prototyping.

As interfaces become ever more complex and development schedules seem to get shorter and shorter, you may find it useful to give up your user-interface modeling software for awhile in favor of something simpler. All you need is paper, pens, scissors, and your imagination.

Since we started with prototyping for Pagebakery our selves this week, this is a perfect help at hand and surely will help us alot the next days.

He also posted a link to PaperPrototyping.com, which is also new for me, good stuff!

Blog update

Update
Well I’ve updated my WP install to 2.1 and I moved to www.pagebakers.nl, so far so good.
To keep my pagerank and everything else working I added a 301 permanent moved header, hopefully I did it right.
If you find any problems please leave a note, so I can fix it ASAP!.

I updated my blog template again and fixed some minor bugs. I’m finally getting somewhere, but there’s still plenty to do.
Here’s a little todo list:

  • Fix my showcase
  • Write some content for my about page
  • Include my contact information somewhere on the page
  • Update WP to version 2.1
  • Move from blog.pagebakers.nl to www.pagebakers.nl

It’ll take me a few more weeks to finally complete everything, but at least I don’t have to be bored :P
